SWSF Advocacy for Steiner Education

The Steiner Waldorf Schools Fellowship (SWSF) supports Steiner education in the UK. In their own words…

Our aims are:

  • to safeguard the ethos and identity of Steiner Waldorf education.
  • to support our member schools in their efforts to provide a high quality and distinctive education.
  • to represent the interests of Steiner education in the wider educational, academic, social and political context.

As part of this, they have just published a full-page advert in the Guardian supporting, promoting and explaining the nature of Steiner education.

You can download the article here. SWSF Guardian Article

Memories of Advent

While Spring keeps tentatively peeping out, before deciding Winter still has some work to do and scurrying back under the covers, Class 1 have already been busy planning the next Fair.

And what better solace for all the hard work we know is to come than a reminder of what that work produces.

So, thank you Dee and Colin for putting together this video of the Advent Grotto – and to Dee and Sophia for overseeing the design! As we enjoy the latest flurries of snow we can watch this and remember the joys of Advent and Winter…
