Providing regular oversight and direction for Mandates, and regular reports for Trustees.
The School Management Group (SMG) comprises the Education Manager, Business Manager(s), the Finance Manager and a representative of each Mandate Group, including at least one Trustee. SMG meets fortnightly throughout the school year.
Each Mandate Group prepare reports which are discussed by SMG and any necessary decisions are taken.
SMG works, where required, under the direction of the Board of Trustees and reports regularly to the Trustees. Termly joint meetings of SMG and Trustees ensure that the collegiate nature of our school is maintained at all levels.
